Who is involved in the Trust?A few words of explanation are needed here:"The Fund" or "the Trust" – means the Professional Mortgage Investment Trust, a group investment fund. "The Manager" – is not a person. It is a company, Professional Mortgage Investment Managers Ltd located at Level 1, 20 Alma St, Hamilton, which manages investing, lending and the day-to-day running of the Trust. "The Trustee" – is not a person either. It is the New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Ltd whose role is to ensure that the Manager complies with the Trust Deed.
